Karyarth Experience required: Minimum 1 month to 6 months of Internship/Full Time experience in the Same Profile Location: Work from home Interview Rounds: 3 Rounds Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM Duration: 3 Months + PPO Compensation:

Up to 8k Depending on Experience and Skills + Incentives also in Recruitment internships (Average 10-30% of hike could be provided on the current / previous Fixed Salary) those with high motivation which will eventually yield to profitable business models.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development and compensation and benefits.
  • Employee onboarding & offboarding.
  • Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system.
  • Application and renewal of work visas.
  • Maintaining employee leave and training records.
  • Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy.
  • Preparing monthly HR reports for management.
  • Other adhoc works such as preparing work certificates etc.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services and Internet.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
  • You have working knowledge of hiring
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. This position demands strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles within the organization.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating background checks and pre-employment screenings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and department heads, to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and priorities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives, to management and relevant stakeholders.

Skill & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
