Responsibilities
- Onboard global developer communities to use DoraHacks.io, and assist them in utilizing functions such as hackathon, bounty, grant, and idea.
- Establish and maintain relationships with global developer communities.
- Organize offline events related to DoraHacks.
- Participate in offline events hosted Web3 developer communities.
- Collect user feedback on products, and summarize operational experiences on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and study in the Web3 and blockchain field, with enthusiasm for Web3 developer ecosystem development.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive in syncing task progress, and capable of self-correction.
- Strong learning ability and self-motivation.
- Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills.
- Team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with common technology stacks and terminology in blockchain.
- Proficiency in article writing.

IoT Specialist

They are seeking a IoT Specialist. In this role, you will provide expertise for Internet of Things (IoT) applications and telemetry systems, leading technology-related projects and offering guidance on optimal solutions. This position involves leading and mentoring corporate and site-based IoT personnel and overseeing IoT-related communities of practice associated with assigned applications and business processes.
This position is not available on contract or Corp-to-Corp basis.
This Role Offers:
- The possibility to work remotely up to 100% of the time from anywhere in the U.S. except CA, CT, IL, KS, KY, MS, MI, NH, NY, NC, OK and SC (ADDITIONAL States may be included). The position will require occasional travel to the Phoenix corporate offices and/or site locations.

Focus:
- Provide direction and mentoring to other support staff and perform supervisory and administrative duties.
- Oversee the management of IoT application servers, cloud resources, and physical IoT devices/infrastructure. Coordinate the installation, upgrades, and enhancements of these systems.
- Work with operational improvement personnel to identify areas for improvement and develop process improvement strategies and solutions.
- Provide advanced support for issues regarding the system health, functionality, and performance of servers, applications, databases, interfaces, cloud resources, and reports/dashboards.
- Create reports using advanced querying and report-building standard tools and maintain existing reports to account for system changes or changes in client/operational requirements.
- Design and develop, or coordinate the development of, interfaces which provide integrated data from numerous real-time IoT systems for data consumers.
- Design and plan enhancements to current systems and coordinate the implementation of these plans with vendors, application owners, and other involved parties.
- Actively engage in and promote Safety and Environmental programs, ensure compliance with MIS policies and site operational goals, and advocate for IoT security and best practices.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Must be customer service-oriented and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written.
