DIFF is looking for a Graphic Designer who has a passion to continually seek out creative inspiration and present new ideas as well as new techniques of design and keeps relevant to current and upcoming trends in graphic design within the fashion industry.
The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Art Director, Creative Director and marketing team to deliver compelling and effective designs. Graphic designer will ideate, create and manage digital and print designs for marketing needs across all channels and lines of both DIFF and dime. The graphic designer’s responsibilities include managing graphic design tasks, generating creative ideas, and designing a range of assets for print and digital platforms.
To be successful, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. You should also have experience in motion graphics, print and digital design.

- Confidence in design, aesthetic, and presentation of concepts
- Mobile first design understanding (required)
- 2-4 Years of design experience within the digital and retail industry
- The ability to utilize creative problem solving across multiple brand aesthetics
- Time management and the ability to meet specific deadlines
- Attention to detail with a strong taste level based on continually being exposed to inspirational design
- Digital asset management skills
- Experience working in a project management tool, preferably Asana
- Designing graphics for promotions, seasonal campaigns and product launches
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders in email, site, social, and wholesale teams
- Working collaboratively with other designers and copywriters
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and design trends
Design Skills Required:
- A graphic design degree or similar experience
- Portfolio with design projects
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer
- Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier (Figma is a plus)).
- A keen eye for visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
- Video editing and Motion Graphics Experience
