Job Role: HR Officer
Job Description:
- Preparation of HR documents (orders, staff list, sick leaves maintenance, timesheets, hiring documents etc.)
- Calculation of sick leaves, vacations, unpaid leaves, remuneration under contract; processing payroll payment orders
- Preparation of tax reports, other payroll & employee benefit reports.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Work with managers to identify and address performance issues.
- Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
- Drive initiatives for continuous learning and career growth.
- Develop and update HR policies in line with industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure effective administration.
- Work with vendors to optimize benefits offerings.
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Organize team-building and social events.
- Perform ad hoc assignments
- Maintain Fixed Asset register with the track of documentations and monitor capital expenditures.

SENIOR DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office work. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office 2-3 set days per week (as determined by leadership) and generally spend at least 50% of their time in the office, based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall leadership and management of the company’s human resources function. Coordinate with the Senior Executive Leadership Team to align the Human Capital Strategy with the company’s Strategic Plan, Operational Plans, and Strategic Objectives.
- Serve as a senior-level advisor on human resources issues across the company.
- Lead the development, implementation, and communication of the company’s Human Resources Strategy.
- Prepare documents related to executive and board of directors’ compensation and benefits, and present them to the Compensation Committee and other committees of the company’s Board of Directors as directed.
- Manage the relationship with the company’s Human Resources Consultants and outside legal counsel.
Basic Qualifications:
- Formal education in Human Resources Management, Business, the Social Sciences, the Liberal Arts, or a related academic field, plus expertise gained through a combination of requisite training and directly related experience, preferably in a government contracting environment.
- MA/MS degree with at least 10 years of directly related experience preferred.
- BA/BS degree with at least 12 years of directly related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.
– Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
