About the Job:
As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in robotic process automation (RPA) and a solid understanding of business processes.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and define automation requirements.
- Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath(Re-Framework) and Power Automate.
- Configure automation processes to meet the defined specifications and business requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing support during the implementation phase.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in RPA and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath and Power Automate development.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and industry standards.
- Proficient in designing, coding, testing, and deploying automation solutions.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in UiPath and/or Power Automate is a plus.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with other RPA tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies.
